What this site does, and doesn't.

Last updated 2026-04-28. Short, because the answer is mostly "nothing."

Who runs this site

TMB Product Group, LLC, a California limited liability company.

What this site does not do

No advertising pixels. No third-party analytics that track you across the web. No session replay. No fingerprinting. No behavioral profile is built on you. No cookies are set by tmbpg.com itself.

What this site does

Three things, all bounded.

  1. Contact form submissions. If you fill out the contact form on /contact, we collect the fields you fill in (name, email, company, role, what you're looking to do, an optional budget range, an optional timeline, and your message). The form is processed by Formspree and forwarded to a TMB inbox at [email protected]. We use your submission to reply to you.
  2. Optional booking via Calendly. If you click a "Book 30 Min Today" link, you leave tmbpg.com and arrive at calendly.com to choose a time. Calendly sets its own cookies on its own domain. If you choose to engage the inline scheduler that lives on the contact page (it does not load until you opt in), Calendly's widget will run in this page and set the same cookies.
  3. Aggregate page views. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and referrers at the network level. It is cookieless. It collects no personally identifiable information. It does not track individuals across sessions or across sites.

Third parties and what they receive

  • Formspree (formspree.io): processes contact-form submissions. Their privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit.
  • Fastmail (fastmail.com): hosts the inboxes that receive contact-form submissions and Calendly notifications. Email sub-processor.
  • Calendly (calendly.com): scheduling. Used only when you click a "Book" link or engage the inline scheduler. Their privacy policy applies during that interaction.
  • Cloudflare (cloudflare.com): hosts the site, provides DNS, and runs the cookieless web analytics. Their privacy policy applies to the network-level data they handle.

How long data is kept

Contact-form submissions sit in the TMB email archive as part of normal correspondence. They are not shared, sold, or used for marketing. If you want a submission deleted, contact us using the methods below and the message thread will be removed within seven days.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies on its own domain. The only client-side storage tmbpg.com uses is your browser's localStorage, and only to remember your light/dark theme preference. That preference never leaves your browser.

If you choose to engage the Calendly inline scheduler, Calendly's widget may set cookies on its own domain when it loads. Their privacy policy applies.

Your rights

If you live in California, the EU, the UK, or any jurisdiction with privacy regulations, you have the standard rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability over the data this site has collected from you. To exercise any of them, contact us using the methods below.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If material changes happen to how this site handles data, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Substantive changes will also be noted briefly on the home page for at least 30 days.
