Writing, case notes, and opinions published here are the author's own. They reflect what was true at the time of writing. They may age. They are not legal, financial, or investment advice. Treat them as one senior product practitioner's reasoning, nothing more.

Where case notes describe real engagements, client names, counts, and internal metrics are routinely abstracted. Where a client is named, it is with their approval.
